Lomilomi Massage
Lomilomi works gently, but deeply into the muscles with continuous, flowing strokes, nurturing the body. Old beliefs, patterns and behaviours are stored in the cells of our body and are known to cause physical ailments and limitations. This form of massage relaxes the entire body, assisting in letting go these old beliefs to make way for the new.
“Ha” is the connection to the higher source through the practitioner. Using the “ha” breath with lomilomi assists the practitioner to relax, release blockages, and replenish energy in the recipient’s body.
